JOURNEY ITINERARY:

Experience "The Oasis in the Desert" with us!
When the world feels too heavy and the hustle of everyday life starts to take its toll, there’s a place where time seems to slow down, and the golden desert sun whispers relaxation into every pore.
That place is beautiful Palm Springs, California - Desert Oasis of the West, with its iconic mid-nineteenth century modern architecture. It looks like an old postcard has come to life. Every building is a snapshot of a bygone era, where style and simplicity converged in a way that feels timeless. Palm Canyon Drive, a palm-lined street lined with boutique shops and cozy cafes, has the scent of fresh coffee mingling with the earthy smell of the desert flowers. Stop to admire the art galleries and locally-owned stores, all unique and carefully curated. It is the center of Palm Springs.
One of the first things you will learn about Palm Springs is that it’s not just a resort town; it’s a vibrant community with layers of history and a cultural gem that captures the essence of the desert. Decades ago, modernist architects discovered this Southern California oasis of inspiration in this sun-kissed destination, and their groundbreaking achievements in design can still be seen and appreciated today.
Palm Springs would become the “home of the stars” in Hollywood’s golden age. Not just because of its amazing beauty and clear fresh air - it was the Hollywood movie studios restrictions on actors in the 1950’s and 60’s that brought the famous to town. Actors were to be “on call” for on-site filming while making a TV shows and movies. They were given three hours to report to the studio lots in Burbank. Palm Springs, on the opposite side of Mt. Jacinto, was exactly three hours from Hollywood (back in the day) and provided sun drenched clear skies, warm weather and uncrowded environs. It would become home to more stars than Beverly Hills including Elvis’ Honeymoon Hideaway, Frank Sinatra’s Twin Palms Estate (known for its piano-shaped swimming pool) and of course, Palm Spring’s sweetheart - Dinah Shore.
On this journey, the magic of Palm Springs isn’t just in the sights, but in the feeling it leaves behind. There’s something about the vastness of the desert that gives you room to breathe, to reflect, and to simply be. The calm of the mountains and the vibrant energy of the city combine the perfect escape. Experience this magical place for yourself with us this October.
